In Trinidad and Tobago, our youth are facing critical challenges that demand urgent attention. Secondary school dropout rates are on the rise, while university applications are declining. Many of our bright young minds feel disheartened by the limited job prospects, soaring unemployment rates and the crime situation within our nation. But amidst these challenges lies an opportunity for transformation. We were committed to working with students to offer guidance and mentorship that will enable them to access opportunities for their future advancement and career development. 

Our vision was to create a future where students regardless of their background or geographic location, have access to the knowledge, skills, and mentorship needed to enter the modern workforce. Our mission was to equip students in Forms 5-6 from vulnerable areas with comprehensive employability and entrepreneurial skills. We aimed to nurture their personal and professional development, preparing them for the ever-evolving job market and digital landscape. This was achieved primarily through workshops in communication and conflict resolution, financial literacy, personal and professional development, resume writing, mock interviews and more.
